This set came in dead. Had two traces open from heat and a burned resistor.
Repaired traces and replaced resistor. Set came on but out of horiz sync. B+
too high. Reduced voltage,set works fine. Replaced regulator, voltage still too
high. Replaced Q400 129V source still too high. Checked all the
litics,resistors and diodes in that circuit. Can't find reason that the
regulator is not working.Have basically the same voltage out as is going in,
155v. Anyone else had this problem. I am hoping it is not the IHVT.
