I'm up "north" and I see 3 or 4 Mitsubishi's with the bad cap syndrome.
Not sure why...but it does seem to be a Mitsubishi problem. Other
Manufacturers have Cap problems, but normally a couple in the vertical or
Regulator circuit does the fix.
