All sevicers, members, and non-members, are invited to participate in the
Illinois Midwest Regional Conference July 8-9-10 at the Radisson Hotel in
Peoria, IL.
This year we have :
Tom Bartz of Thomson will supply tips and training.
Dave Melwid of PTS will explain new tech support service.
David Velasquez of Mitsubishi on service secrets.
Walt Herrin and Teresa Omar of Hitachi will present a seminar on "Customer
Relations For Technicians" and host the Saturday evening banquet.
Wayne Markman from Conneticut, a Sony and service expert, will relate timely
information.
N.E.W Rep. Don Gretsinger explains the Win/Win relationship with third party
administrators.
Randy Reusser, CSM/CET/MBA will upgrade our knowledge of the computer.
Leo Cloutier will explain NESDAnet and internet resources.
PANASONIC representatives will give a seminar on new technology, Digital Ram
Video Recorders on Sunday morning.
