[TechAssist] MAGNAVOX RF4552 Chassis 26C12 * STEREO AUDIO DISTORTED*

I have a 26" MAGNAVOX chassis 26C612 which has good MONO audio but in STEREO
it is distorted.
It has a standup Stereo Decoder board which plugs in to the main board. I
have checked all the caps and solder.
Would appreciate if anyone has any tips on repairing this board or
bypassing.
