Jorge Most surround sound units and home theatre units will not give you
surround unless they are supplied with a surround signal ien satellite or
dvd otherwise the best you can expect is stereo. Many units will give you an
artificial surround in the "virtual mode" or"shadow" or "midnight" modes.
These modes usually are not as loud as true surround and you don't get quite
the same separation. To truly check for surround you should supply the unit
with a surround signal. HTH All of us at one time or another have chased

could use to troubleshoot this relay circuit?

thought I would ask to be sure. If a mono signal is used the center and
surround speakers will not work in Dolby Pro Logic mode. HTH.

Hi all:
Have Kenwood Audio/Video Surround Receiver Model KR-200HT which have no
output from Surround or center speakers,Front speakers output is ok.Have
no schematic.
Notice that relay K3 is not activating and apparently this is my problem
but relay is good and nearby components are ok also.Please need if
somebody has a partial diagram to check the relay signal where is coming
from.Or any tip is welcome.
