[TechAssist] KSS-240A laser pickup Information: Safety short on this pickup?

Can someone tell me if this laser pickup has a safety short to unsolder
before use?
I ordered this KSS-240A for a Sony CD player, but cannot find any
connections or pads soldered together for a safety short. I thought most of
these have them?
