[TechAssist] JVC-SX851U camcorder picture has green tint

Can even see a slight green tint to the raster when the lense cap is on. The
green tint also shows up on a monitor and of course gets recorded on the
tape. I have seen this problem twice before on JVC and RCA camcorders the
last few years but never had the opportunity to troubleshoot it.
