[TechAssist] JVC XV-M50BK DVD no spin

I don't normally work on DVDs but have this 3 disc changer in for repair.
The disc does not spin until I give it a push by hand, then it will start
and play fine. The motor 9 volts measures 8.8 volts so I assume the motor
is bad. Has anyone else sen this and if so, what is the part number of the
motor? TIA, John.
