[TechAssist] JVC RX-517X A/V Receiver - No Relay

This unit came in with main fuse (6.3A) blown; a quick check revealed
blown outputs - left channel, replaced A1633 & C4278 with A1301 & C3281
respectively. Standby power supply and micro seem to be working, you can
hear the power relay click when powered on or off and front panel LED's
change with different button pushes. However, the speakers relay doesn't
engage.could be in protection but I'm not sure, never seen one of these
before. Anyone have an idea, service schematic would be greatly
appreciated.
