[TechAssist] JVC Model# AV-31BM5 No sync

Hi everyone,
This JVC has good sound but no sync. It will intermitantly lock and the set
does tune. It also doesn't sync through the video inputs. I have tried to heat
and cool several ic's and components around the video processor and I/O board
without any luck. If anyone has a diagram they can email me or any fixes on
this set please shoot them over.
