I'v carefully went over the Caps in the PS,they pass ESR test. I'm trying to determine if IC941(SE135)is some type of regulator, dont have a schematic. IC901(STRF6626)is a Reg, not shorted. I've been checking the SMD's on the PCB; Relay clicks twice after plugin but no power up. I recall the customer did mention something about surge or possible storm damage. I've heard the JVC's can be a nightmare after lightning damage.
