Customer complaint, tape won't eject, play, ff, rw.
Display was lit. Backed tape out. No e-e display. Will take tape, load around
drum, unload and stop. Won't eject. No buttons operate - power, menu, eject,
ff, rw, play. Remote will not operate any functions either.
Voltages in pwr supply seem to be OK. +5, +12, +47. Suspect defective sys-con
IC.
Any ideas to what might be the problem? Thanks for any replies.
