[TechAssist] JVC # AV-32950/ Dead, LED light blinks continuosly

Hi techs
I have been working with this set that at turn on the LED will blink but no
raster. I have check the regulator and the HOT and they are find. I have no
schematic to check for standby voltages and no tips whatsoever. Can anybody be
kind enough to e-mail the schematics or provide with some kind of tips. Your
help is always appreciated.
