[TechAssist] JVC AV32020, Shuts down in about 15 seconds

This set will turn on with perfect picture, but shuts down in 10-15
seconds. Timer lights blinks. Must unplug to repeat the cycle.
If cable is not connected, TV does not shut down. I have changed the
regulator (STRF6626) and the SE135. No print.
Any suggestions?
