[TechAssist] JVC AV-27965 Dead One click then nothing Chassis A47

This unit`s degaussing relay clicks then nothing. I
seem to have all the secondary volts except the 135V.I
don`t have`. this schematic and the JVC pwr supply
troubleshooting pdf uses a different str.This one has
the str S5708.Allredy did the standard c926 no help
there. schematic anyone?? Any ideas for this model or
chassis? Thanks Ray
