[TechAssist] JVC AV27750 vertical ic

After switching on, for 5-15 minutes picture is either
1. ok
2. vertically misplaced horizontal lines
3. limited to vertical middle section, sometimes to a
single line.
Intermittent changes between 1,2,3. Seems to respond
to
gentle tapping. I looked up on the web and some people
say vertical IC typically needs
resoldering/replacement. Could someone tell me how to
locate it, what is written on it/next to it? Any other
ideas? Any help is appreciated.
