[TechAssist] JVC AV27750 audio buzz on start-up

Another weird JVC problem. This one has a loud buzz in the speakers for a
few seconds when started. It goes away just about the time the video comes
up, sometimes lasting a little longer. The video is ok from what I can
tell. Checked most of the electrolytics and supply voltages and all seem
ok.
Any history on this one? I checked the archives and the tips but nothing
but vertical problems show up.
