Yes it is, I believe the consensus last time was unanimous.

Subject: [TechAssist] Is WinStips worth the price?

Hello everyone, I'm wondering if Winstips is a worth while investment? I
now use the techassist archives and RepairWorld for repair tips, but
sometimes run into sets with problems that aren't listed on these services.
I know that if I received only a few solutions from WinStips that it would
pay for itself, but I don't want to pay for information I already have
access to..
Any input is appreciated.
