Yea, I have been dealing with Infocus products, since these dumb bunnies in the school system don't know what they are buying. I have to send out all InFocus-Proxima, that I cannot repair. They won't sell you parts or manuals. Like so many other factory service facilities, they have a flat fee. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But what choices do you have. There are a few Infocus/Proxima ASC's. But your repair cost may be higher than the Factory's. Plus they usually have a higher estimate fee. $150.00 typical. Go to Infocus.com. They do seem to be getting better in customer relations. NO parts or info available. YEP! Brown is now our competator. As is I.B.M.
