[TechAssist] Hitachi-CT4533K(Drifting)

Problem:
When set is first turned on you can turn to a certain channell and it
will not drift.
If you change channels it will drift off of that channel and will
continue to drift off on other channels.
If you leave set on for about 30 minutes you cannot turn it off with
remote or manually.
You have to unplug the set.
Appreciate any help...
