Mike,
Did you make sure set was on channel 3 or 4 or you used the correct video input?
I'm not sure what you are using, but my generator gets hooked to the RF.

Set has audio and video. Immediately upon turning on, the convergence test
pattern appears, superimposed over the program you are watching. It is way
out of convergence, will not adjust and just keeps flashing repeatedly.
Everything in the convergence circuit checks good- I have not had a digital
control module go bad in this series so do not want to play "trysey".Anyone
