I had one these several months ago. The customer compaint was picture has a
reddish color that can't be adjusted. I would describe it a little differently.
The figures had a metallic look and faces were dark Greens were red, reds were
green ect. Replaced light engine.

Hi guy's
I went on service call yesterday for this projection tv.
When turn on from cold, picture has no red only green and blue hues, if
decrease color intensity in customer menu has good black and white.
Removed back and slid main chassis back a few inches for inspection and
customer said "hey there's color now"
Suspected bad connection on a cable or board but could not get to mess up
again. Customer said she has had someone else look at for this same problem 2
other times and same thing said they just tightend a cable.
I unplugged and reseated all cables from main chassis to drive and flex boards
on light engine as matter of course.
This morning he called said picture was back the same, he says it looks this
way on all video inputs including component.
What should I look for?
Alvie says look at web site and check all cables.
Well nothing on web site that refers to my complaint.
TIA
Robert
