[TechAssist] Hitachi 50UX7B severe smear to the right of images. Fix

Locate the "comb filter module" M301. It's the metal box soldered
directly to the main board. Unsolder pins and the 4 tabs and remove.
Inside, locate two SMD capacitors, C217 and C201 Both are 1mfd/50V. Also
at either edge are two larger SMD caps both 10mfd. One is C133.All
mentioned caps were bad with infinate ESR. Reinstall M301.Followed up by
touch up soldering bottom of the main board, rear jacks,etc.
