[TechAssist] Hitachi 46UX17K No color

This AP43 chassis has no color when first turned
on.
After about 30 minutes or so it has some very weak
color, but it always has a kind of herringbone
interference looking pattern to it.
I find some suggestions on some other models in
Winstips, but not on this one.
Don't see anything on my other programs either.
Anyone have anything on this model??
