[TechAssist] Hitachi 36UX52B M7LXU relay clicks

Hi Guys, this Hitachi 36UX52B is dead, pushing power makes the relay click
constantly. In standby the regulator, I901 (strf 6516) has normal voltages
except pin
4, according to the specs I have this is supposed to be .7V (point 7 volts) I
have
16.4 volts in standby and 13-16 in run, (changes with the relay ) I`m trying to
work off
the computer as I don`t have the paper schematic and this is almost impossible,
tech note on Hitachi site says check I601, C611 & E601, can someone tell me what
E601 is ? can`t visually locate it anywhere, tia, Larry E
