[TechAssist] Hitachi 32cx39 chass M9LXU No video

Replaced the HV transformer in this and now HV works good but have on
video either off air or video in. Sound OK, will autoprogram tuner.
Have video at in and out on the pip, have video at pin 15 ( video in) of
jungle IC TA1222bn. At the outputs I have only sync. The OSD works OK.
Have power saupplies OK on the J IC
Thinking bad TA1222 unless there is some external source to switch the
video on or off at the J IC.
Thanks for any ideas. This thing is a dog to try and trace stuff, even
with the schematic
