Does the front panel buttons work ?
If they don't, then the unit is probably in the child lock mode.
You will need the remote to unlock it.

The load motor will not engage on either deck. This leads me to believe
that there is a common load motor power failure. All else appears
normal.
Has anyone dealt with this before? I have no schematic, so I'm in total
hunt 'n peck mode.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
