Need part #'s for the fly=T4401 &reg=Q4114
# stamped on fly is 1518812B
# on reg is P12NB30
Unit came in with 5amp fuse blackened,CR4103 shorted,Q4401 shorted.Replaced 
these &did a bypass on the regulator,ran up using a variac&light bulb in HOT 
cct,which at 90vac had a bright pulsing light.Horz waveforms look distorted 
indicating a bad fly.Checked other components in cct and they curvetrace ok.As 
mentioned need part #'s for fly&reg...........tia.....Don ....
