[TechAssist] GE TVR60 Ch. TVR 2/2A No Power Up

Any common problems with power on for this unit? Power supply voltages are up
except for the 13.5 volts. I get all my voltages on the connector Bp03 on the
power supply board going to the VCR but I don't get my 5 volts from test jack
Bv03 on the scan module. I don't have a schematic for this unit. Any clue to
what to check for besides what I've already checked? TIA Neil TV Doctors
