[TechAssist] GE Mod.35GT695 CTC187CN3 Shuts Off

This 35" set shuts off usually after about 10-20 sec. Sometime it will
play longer. There is no squeal
or excessive current. I checked the board for bad solder connections and
also the tuner.
The 140V is ok and regulating ok.
Any notes on this one?
