This may be the same, for the 9-592, resolder all the
following
Q3421, CRX3200, Q3206, IC3431, RX3418, QX3208,
remove the tuner shield and resolder all connections
on coils and grounds.

Was dead.Had 5V stby,no relay action.Had +129V at coll HOT.
Fixed that
with capacitor CX3439 (4.7 mfd/16V) now plays with a light
video smear
to the right of all images.More of these blue caps???
