Actually John..it's not a cross post.
Any discussions on Force32 is a learning curve for all of us.

I have not had the opportunity to use much on Philips Manuals. Not a common
Company in our area. I might have 2 or 3 a year.

Force 32 was a well written program for Philips/Magnavox ASC's.

Especially the "Known Faults" and the zoom to certain parts of the
schematic.

I presume Adobe has become the standard of the Industry, and Philips decided
to let this format become Public Domain.

I hope that no one expects Philips to go the Hitachi route, just a dumping
of older Models.

I hope that members remember to send Alvie some hints, and odd balls, to
keep that database viable.

Hitachi is one of the few Manufactures that share info with all, that need
to know.

Toshiba has also done well by me....but being an ASC, I would expect that.
