This TV is an oldie. Found the following bad electrolytics: C437
(.47uf/160V), C455 (4.7uf/160V), C417 (47uf/16V) and C449 (220uf/35V).
Although those other capacitors tested bad the horizontal band didn't go
away until C449 was replaced.
