I did one just like yours and found the data on the eprom was corrupted. I would give that a try first Gerald Gill Gillco Electronics Inc 113 King St East Bowmanville, Ont. I followed the normal line of logic, I first checked stby voltages, only one I found missing is stby 7.5 for U16201(jungle), I traced back to dual v reg, U14705, had 17.5v on both inputs, no op on 12v or 5.1v line,I replaced U14701 with one out of scrap board.no go. I dug out RCA print and flow chart. I checked pin19(run/stby ) of micro did not go high, next branch was to measure jungle stby v, which I have already tried to restore. StbyI2C data line never went high until I wicked off pin 23 of micro, I do not understand why stby 12 from U14701 is missing, I thought a high from pin 19, turned stby off and a low would enable the reg. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
