Actually there are different modular tuners, to, and you need Chipper check
to tell the micro which tuner you has been installed.

I have seen, after lightning storms, the data corrupted such that the tuner
won't work.  Chipper Check says the "other" tuner is installed.  At that
point you would need either to order the other tuner or use CC to correct
the problem.  Chipper Check is the way to go.

Of course I see that the Original post had to do with Audio. :o)
