Damon, see if you have T701 on the deflection PCB, resolder or
replace it.

Hello,

I just ran into a Hitachi 50ux53k, it's an AP7X chassis that
works just fine. The customer stated that the tv picture lights
up, has sound, but the picture comes up and the tv shuts off
after seeing the picture for about 1 or 2 secs. I inspected the
tv for loose connections and none were found.

Customer was actually surprised the TV started and ran for an
hour. B+ was at 119 volts, optoisolators read 12 volts and 11
volts when operating. The SMPS output is a strm6811.

Any information on "intermittant shutdown", or "picture lights
up then shuts off" would really be appreciated.
