Front panel led is green.Have no HV.relay clicks on&off continusely.80v on crt
pcb is 76v,12v is 11.5v.The hv is trying to come on scopeing the collector of
HOT reads only 200vp/p.When I lifted D109 in smps,R207,R208 started to
smoke.The cathode of D109 was only reading 4.8vdc &that is why I lifted it.Need
value of R207 &R208 and any tips on this unit.Is it my fbt?....tia...Don of
