Don, I opened up my Azura monitor which by the way is model JD176C but
didn't find a transformer with your part number. Then I checked out some
of my scrap monitors and found one that may be the one you need. It has
part number 2371154400 on it. (2-  4's rather than one 4 in the number
you gave- typo???)  The monitor is an Optiquest model Q71, and the
location number on the board is T404. I checked the windings and both
primary and secondary are an ohm or less. If you're interested in this
