[TechAssist] Ford car cd player F3XF-19B160-AB, need parts

This unit was made by Sony, the owner disassembled it and broke the two flat
cable headers (connectors) on the main PC board, CNJ103, 12 pin and CNJ104,
20 pin. Would anyone here know where or how to get a part number to order
these connectors? They are probably used in many places such as camcorders,
VCR's, stereo, etc. Thanks,
