[TechAssist] Fixed Sony KV32S40 power supply question

Replaced C609 & C610 and the MX0841 and works well now. (used TT-MX0841
without problem)
(C609, 610 are 0.68 uf 50v mylar caps on the base feeback loop from the
transformer to the IC)

You can usually measure a short on the 200V line to the CRT board when this
IC fails.
