Got it running. customer was having difficulty coming up with the remote. Found the set with the setting cable box yes. using the remote and the front panel on the top of the set the menu button on the top of the set acted as ok and was able to initiate the the functions. Deselect 'cablebox" and you will get to the autoprogram part.
