[TechAssist] Fisher consol ctv 1987, wont stay on.

yes, this is an old one.
but it still plays great when it stays on, and it has a
beautiful cabinet, but best of all she will pay be decent to
repair it.
some times when the on button is pushed it just tries to
start, i hear hi voltage come up then instantly off.
the hi-v is 24 kv.
it does this intermittently,
any help appreciated.
