Bob,

Bob Waterman sent a suggestion like that and it fixed the proplem.  R007,
5.6 ohm, 2w was open.  I copied that post and included it below.  Have
had several other suggestions from the group, so I send this to the
group.

Bob,

C458 is a 3300@25.  Saw that in Winstips.  Sure they meant C428. 
However, R007 was open.  

Replacement cured problem.
