[TechAssist] Fisher PC5527...R341 value...

This set shuts back down in a few seconds. Found the output of the run 9volt
reg. IC341 at .2volts. Traced it to a shorted Q341 and a burned R341. Burned
too bad to read and too small to scrape. The ouput leg of the reg. is still
10ohms off ground even after changing Q341. If someone can get as far as the
value of R341, maybe you could explain Q341's function. Having to trace
point to point and starting to go blind. This set is similar to the early to
mid 90's Sanyo AVMxxxx series. Thanks.
