[TechAssist] FW: Sony KV27FS100, chassis BA-5D, herring bone interference, then snow and then OSD says "No Signal"

This set is cycling between having a good picture, then some =
interference
comes into the screen, then the picture and sound fade, finally =
everything
is lost and the OSD shows "no signal" at the bottom. Then a good picture =
and
sound fade back in.
The whole cycle is about 5-10 seconds long, and it's continuous - in and
out.
We changed the tuner and the jungle chip (cxa2154as) but neither helped.
