FIXED: Mag 1993 TV.
Model #: RS2749-C602.
Chassi #: 27Z 101-00AA.
Symptom by Customer: Dead.
Symptom by Tech: Relay ticks.
Found: HOT shorted.
Changed HOT Q502, OEM S2055AF, with NTE2353.
Repair Time: 30 min. Including paper work etc.
Number on HOT XSTR: T, 597-2, 335 = 597-2(NAP); NPN. Case ISO-218. BCE.
CROSS: T, 597-2, 335 crosses to S2055AF then to NTE2353.
OEM S2055AF (Tosh/NSC) specs: DI, 5A, 1500V, 50W, I. with damper diode.
NTE2353 SPECS: 1500V, 10A, 70W. Used. Most crossed to.
NTE2331 SPECS: 1500V, 6A, 60W. Could have used.
S2055AF SPECS: 1500V, 5A, 50W. Wish I had.
