[TechAssist] FIX: Philips Mod 43pp920217 Chas DPTV 305 Dead set/chirps

Philips HDTV mod 43pp920217 chas DPTV305
Symptom: Dead set/chirping condition
Problem: 7045 CONV AMP IC on LSB panel STK392-120 Part #932212344682
(Replaced both 7045&7044).
Problem isolation: Removed plug 1516 from main power supply/deflection
board. Powered set back up and picture tubes then lit up with no chirping.
Plugged 1516 back in place and when desoldering pins 1&8 (-35&+35v) set
came on, no more chirping. Isolated problem to 7045.
