[TechAssist] [FIX] Panasonic CT-27G21U Intermittent Power

Symptom: Pwr. cuts off and back on by itself. (unpredictable).(flexing PC
board might trigger it,...depends on how sensitive)
FIX: found broken solder connections on Pwr. relay RY801 (Coil side).
***Sounds like an easy fix,...but, set had been in another shop for the same
problem, and they missed it.***
