[TechAssist] Emerson vcr model EV467 need part ID

In the smps I have voltages up to this IC,
DBL2084n, its a 10 pin single sided IC, I can't
find any info on it, I don't know what kind of IC
it is. Any info on what it is and where to get one
most appreciated, TIA,
