You can just order from Funai by description and model number. Cost was $15,
last one I ordered. The problem I had seen with the motor was that the
driver IC would burn out if something stalled the motor. Also has the
loading motor driver IC on it, which would burn out if the loading motor got
stalled. Sometimes you could see the bulge or hole blown in the ICs. Most of
the time the reason for the motor stalls was due to mode switch malfunction,
so you might want to order one along with the motor.
